To benefit from discounted fees, please deposit your registration fees to the bank account provided below and send your registration form and proof of payment to the congress organization secretariat via fax or mail before March 15, 2017

All the participants and companions have to register and pay the fee separately.

To receive a refund of cancelled registration, a written notice must be received by the official organization company through e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

• Between December 16, 2016 – January 16, 2017 a cancellation charge of 10 % will be deducted from the refund.
• Between January 16, 2017 – February 16, 2017 a cancellation charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
• Between February 16, 2017 – March 16, 2017 a cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted from the refund.
• After March 16, 2017 there shall not be any refund.
